General Refund Policy
NorthTech Workspace Inc. is committed to providing high-quality services to our Canadian clients. We understand that circumstances may require service cancellations, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund policies.
Consulting Services
Cancellation Window
- Full refund available if cancelled within 48 hours of contract signing
- 50% refund available if cancelled before work commencement
- No refund available once consulting work has begun
Project-Based Work
For project-based consulting, refunds are calculated based on work completed. Delivered milestones are non-refundable, while unstarted phases may qualify for partial refunds.
Training Programs
Individual Enrollments
- Full refund within 7 days of enrollment if no content accessed
- Partial refund (75%) within 14 days if less than 25% completed
- No refund after 30 days or 50% course completion
Corporate Training
Corporate training programs follow customized refund schedules outlined in enterprise agreements. Generally, cancellations with 30+ days notice receive full refunds.
TechSync™ Platform Subscriptions
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- No partial month refunds
- Access continues until end of paid period
Annual Subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
- Prorated refunds for cancellations within first 6 months
- No refunds after 6 months of service
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account details and reason for refund request
- Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method within 10 business days
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Requests made outside specified timeframes
- Services that have been fully delivered as contracted
