General Refund Policy

NorthTech Workspace Inc. is committed to providing high-quality services to our Canadian clients. We understand that circumstances may require service cancellations, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund policies.

Cancellation Window

Project-Based Work

For project-based consulting, refunds are calculated based on work completed. Delivered milestones are non-refundable, while unstarted phases may qualify for partial refunds.

Training Programs

Corporate Training

Corporate training programs follow customized refund schedules outlined in enterprise agreements. Generally, cancellations with 30+ days notice receive full refunds.
